As a result of the nature of pharmaceutical and wellness products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions and adhere to a stringent protocol.

1. What is the deadline for requesting a return?

   Return proposals are only allowed in the following circumstances:

   • Incorrect product delivered.
   • Item received was damaged or shattered.
   • Product had expired at the time of delivery.
   • Missing package items.
   • Packaging was tampered with or the seal was broken upon arrival.
   Note: To facilitate the processing of your return request, you are required to provide photographic or video evidence.
   • Pharmnuts does not directly coordinate courier services.
   • Pickup will be facilitated by our logistics partners.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

   Following standard pharmaceutical compliance, the following items are not eligible for return:

   • Medicines that have been partially used or opened.
   • Products that are temperature-sensitive or require cold chain handling.
   • Prescription pharmaceuticals classified as Schedule H, H1, or X.
   • Diagnostic devices and personal hygiene products that have been opened.
   • Bulk/B2B orders, unless damaged or incorrect.
   • Returned orders that exceed the 48-hour return timeframe.

3. Time for Return Processing

   • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
   • The return/refund will be processed within 7–10 working days of the product being received at our warehouse.
   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (or wallet, if applicable).

4. Public Users vs. B2B Accounts: Return Policy

   Public Users: Returns are permitted for general wellness, food, and self-care items under the previously mentioned terms.

   Doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals (B2B): Returns are only accepted in the event of incorrect, damaged, or expired items — not for extra or ordering errors.
